We are seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Engineer to join our team for a prestigious banking client. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to design and develop secure, high-performance applications that power banking services.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Have 4+ years of proven experience in back-end development using Java, with a deep understanding of Java frameworks and best practices;
  • Strong proficiency in building microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, with a focus on performance and scalability;
  • Solid experience in front-end development using React.js, with a strong understanding of state management, component design, and responsive layouts;
  • Proficient in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries;
  • Experience with Git for code versioning and collaboration;
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks;
  • Exposure to banking/financial services is a plus, especially in projects requiring strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and support full-stack applications, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js;
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to understand and refine user requirements;
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers;
  • Ensure that solutions comply with banking standards, including secure coding practices, data protection, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Integrate applications with other systems within the banking ecosystem, ensuring smooth data flows and efficient processing;
  • Address production issues and performance bottlenecks, applying a proactive approach to problem resolution.
