We are looking for a dynamic Project Management Officer who will be driving successful project execution and strategic alignment across teams to deliver impactful results.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, IT, Engineering or Business equivalent;
  • Knowledge of SDLC and AI;
  • Proficient in tools – Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Figma;
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams, including IT and Compliance;
  • Capable of analyzing situations to make informed decisions;
  • Strong ability to convey ideas and updates clearly to team members and stakeholders;
  • Good communication and Project Coordination skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Prior experience in Agile Project Management/Customer Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • To support and drive Bank’s Generative AI initiatives in improving Contact Centre operations, employee journey and overall customer experience;
  • Ensure smooth delivery of Contact Centre system enhancements in Corporate Banking (such as CRM and fixes through comprehensive testing;
  • Preparation of test cases based on user requirements, executing cases, and collaborate with developers to ensure all issues are resolved before release;
  • Support off peak hours release after office hours and weekend and public holidays; 
  • Strong ownership of assigned projects and ensure tasks are completed to meet project timeline;
  • After office hours and weekend/PH work are expected to support releases during off-peak hours.
