We're seeking a dynamic leader to support our Credit Card team in executing impactful campaigns that drive payment volume.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Finance, Information Technology, banking and related discipline;
  • Has 2 years of work experience in stakeholder management and end to end project Management in banking industry
  • Experience in conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live verification (LV);
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Has strong project management and organizational skills with great attention to detail;
  • Good Understanding of Stakeholder management and requirements gathering;
  • Excellent communication skills and can work independently;
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Knowledge of Credit Cards and loyalty rewards systems (One Loyalty System) will be an added advantage;
  • Prior experience working with rewards system will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end campaign setup in the One Loyalty System (OLS) to assist the team in executing campaigns;
  • Gather user requirements from business users regarding campaign requests;
  • Coordinate the prioritization of campaign requests;
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) by drafting test scenarios, setting up data, and validating results with business users to ensure desired outcomes;
  • Collaborate with the Rewards Delivery Team and the external vendor (OneEmpower) to prepare the Paraforms and establish campaign rules in OLS;
  • Manage the resolution of UAT and production issues for the campaigns in collaboration with business and delivery teams.
