We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM  Manager who is expert in leveraging technology to drive customer success and have a strong background in Dynamic 365 CRM applications. You be responsible for the management, optimization, and enhancement of the CRM system and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve user experiences, and leverage data-driven insights to support our strategic goals. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology;
  • Has at least 8 years of proven experience in the on-premise MS Dynamics 365 CRM;
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customizations inclusive of plugins, scripting and form creation;
  • Experience in JavaScript, C#.NET, HTML and SQL Server;
  • Strong understanding of Dynamic 365 CRM data structure and architecture;
  • Have great understanding and experience in Waterfall project methodology;
  • Able to work closely with business users and various cross functional IT teams;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent analytical skills to drive system design & solution that is optimal for business use.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in Call Center.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for projects, enhancements, production support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
  • Propose solutions to meet the end user requirements;
  • Develop and modify the existing programs to provide a better customer experience;
  • Analyze the current use case and business requirements, and propose an optimal solution for the business users;
  • Collaborate with other technical teams on developing new technical solutions, system integrations, and issue resolution;
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation in alignment with organizational policies and standards;
  • Develop and implement the D365 CRM application with customized solutions, including custom workflows, batch jobs, and API integrations;
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding technical delivery and system maintenance or upgrades;
  • Deploy changes, patches, and upgrades for the D365 CRM on-premise application;
  • Ensure that organizational processes and policies are followed;
  • Work with development team where required;
  • Support other cloud-based applications by collaborating with external teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
