We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of high-performance, scalable, and flexible technology solutions. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including mobility, APIs, application and data integration, cloud computing, and more. You will experiment with and demonstrate new technologies through prototypes, working closely with Solution Architects and IT delivery teams to craft innovative solutions that address complex business problems.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Education: B.E. or MCA from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience with a track record of architecting and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Team Management: Experience in leading teams (both internal and external) and optimizing tech and delivery processes.
  • Communication: Strong communication and articulation skills.
  • Problem Solving: Passionate problem solver with a proactive and self-driven approach.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in mobile and web technologies including HTML5, Angular/ReactJS, NodeJS, Java frameworks, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL), APIs, and cloud-native applications.
  • Proven ability in integrating with third-party web interfaces and services.
  • Experience in applying design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery tools such as Jenkins.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Additional Experience: Experience with AI, data analytics, or insurance-specific projects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design and implementation across applications, data, and platforms.
  • Best Practices: Define and establish best practices and guidelines for development teams on technologies such as JavaScript, Java, CMS, APIs, server-less architecture, and container technologies.
  • Proof of Concepts: Conduct proofs of concept for emerging technologies and scale successful implementations within projects.
  • Code Review: Oversee technical artifacts, manage technical debt, and ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with business partners to create future-proof solutions covering digital transformation, automation, APIs, integration, and data management.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and implement new frameworks and tools, keeping the technology stack up-to-date.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide expertise in troubleshooting performance and non-functional issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.

  • Innovation: Successful implementation and scaling of new technologies and frameworks.
