We are looking for an User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Associate with a strong understanding of life insurance products, systems, and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless testing of life insurance products, compliance with regulatory requirements, and validation of product benefits. This position involves working closely with the Products and IT teams.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the life insurance domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (including formula creation) and MS Word.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of life insurance products and Life Asia domain.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of actuarial concepts and/or passed Actuarial Papers would be highly preferred.
- Experience in product and system testing within the life insurance sector is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate benefit illustrations and calculators in MS Excel.
- Test product features and ensure they comply with approved regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with the products and IT teams to deliver successful UAT outcomes.
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are consistently met.
- Create detailed test cases and ensure thorough documentation of all testing phases.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely completion of UAT processes and product validation.
- Accuracy of benefit payments/illustrations.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams (products and IT).
